- ➤ Authorities say Bourbon, an 8-year-old mix wearing a hot pink collar, is missing after she was likely thrown from a vehicle in a single-car crash on east I-12 near the U.S. 11 exit on Easter night; residents should not chase her but call (985-898-2340) if seen. The Times-Picayune

- ➤ The Historic District Landmarks Commission reviewed Tulane University's demolition application for Ted's Frostop diner yesterday. The proposal wanted to replace the diner with student housing, a parking garage + shops while saving the neon sign, though many neighbors opposed the plan citing its value as a Katrina-era reminder.
