- ➤ AAA Louisiana expects record-breaking travel this Memorial Day holiday - even with higher gas prices, many travelers planned their trips before global tensions raised fuel costs. - ➤ Lawmakers debated a bill that would let only A-rated schools adopt a four-day week to boost teacher retention, but the bill stalled on the House floor today amid calls for further study (Rep.
