- ➤ Four Northshore boys’ basketball players committed to colleges after a signing ceremony on May 18. The group includes Michael Ducre heading to Delgado CC, Roger Williams to Pensacola State College, Jamison Hopkins to Lighthouse Christian College and Tyrie Spencer to Bishop State CC. - ➤ At Northlake Christian on May 7, coach James Willis reloaded the team after 20 seniors graduated—spring practice introduced many new faces to gain varsity experience, and the team will focus on fundamentals this summer to build depth for a strong fall season. The Times-Picayune
- ➤ Early learning centers in Slidell are set to use Louisiana’s new Screentime Regulations Toolkit to monitor kids’ screen time to two hours daily & educate parents on smart screen use.
