- ➤ A Slidell woman, Evangelina Ussin, was arrested Friday, Aug. 13 for allegedly attacking a non-verbal disabled person under her care on Liberty Drive — a complaint from the Louisiana Department of Health led to her arrest and the investigation remains ongoing. WGNO
