- ➤ St. Tammany Parish Animal Services shelter in Lacombe has partnered with NBC Universal’s nationwide Clear the Shelters campaign — lowering adoption fees to $35 for dogs and $30 for cats — to help more local families adopt pets and support the shelter’s no-kill goal. The Times-Picayune
