On Nov. 17, Lakeview Hospital will start a three-week drive to collect new, unwrapped toys and gifts for area children at 95 Judge Tanner Blvd (donations are accepted in the Human Resources office from Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and in the Guest Services office after hours). The items will be given to a local nonprofit that organizes a Project Christmas drive for families in need.

Louisiana shrimpers have used SEAD Consulting’s new Right Test to ensure local seafood served at festivals and restaurants is authentic—raising rates from 20% to 100%.

The test supports the industry in its ongoing battle against imported seafood.
