- ➤ The new mobile library in St. Tammany Parish was introduced on Nov 18 with a ribbon cutting and now visits 24 stops monthly to serve local residents—especially those with mobility challenges—by bringing about 1,000 items directly inside community centers like Lacombe's COAST Activity Center.
