- ➤ Insurance Commissioner Tim Temple announced 7.5%-rate decreases for SureChoice Underwriters and Elevate for homeowners insurance while approving a nearly 10%-rate increase for State Farm, noting that lower reinsurance costs benefit smaller companies.
