A video titled Faces of Katrina revisits local heroes who helped during Hurricane Katrina, featuring their stories on the 20th anniversary of the storm — a reflective look back as 2025 closes out.

STARC held its annual Christmas show on Monday at Slidell Little Theatre, where about 100 clients enjoyed photos with Santa + live acts that brought joy and nostalgia to the community.
